Chelsea Bridge Finance

 

We handled the national launch of London-based principal lender of short-term property finance, Chelsea Bridge Finance. Supporting this venture backed by a major Scottish bank, bridging house and private investors, our brief was to target developers and contractors in London’s prime central London property market.

 

Working with a national picture agency, we set up a launch photo-opportunity on the actual Chelsea Bridge over the Thames. Widespread coverage included profile pieces in national media, as well as key finance and property journals and e-zines.
