We have particular strengths in handling incidents and managing sensitive issues on behalf of clients, founded on the ‘battle scars’ of handling major crises and issues at the centre of Scottish or UK national media attention (or which we helped defuse before they drew attention!)

We design and deliver memorable and interactive training workshops on an in-house basis, on subjects including PR for Business Growth, Writing for the Media, Media Interview Skills and Crisis Handling.

 Public affairs

Our experience has included arranging Scottish Parliament receptions and breakfast briefings, ministerial visits to clients’ facilities and involvement of politicians in client events, as well as cool-headed crisis communications with politicians.

If a format can be printed, we have probably written for it and produced the finished jobs, from annual reports, corporate brochures and newsletters to sales literature and pocket-sized fast facts. In addition we can provide display graphics and signage for events, roadshows or retail applications.
